Don Becker was raised in Burbank, California. He joined the U.S. Marines in 1966 and served for over eight years, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He also served portions of his military career in Japan and many stateside locations.
Don has worked for the Department Of State, Washington D.C. as a Communications Officer in many of our Embassies over seas. Some of the countries that Don worked and lived in are: The former Soviet Union "Russia", Berlin Germany, Beriut Lebanon and Beijing China. While working overseas, Don was able to film certain world events as they happened. Part of that history includes: the Beijing massacre in 1989 and the collapse of the Berlin Wall in 1991.He has a working knowledge of how things are done on a professional film set
Don has a passion for acting and filmmaking. Growing up near the major film studios in California, gave him the unique opportunity to witness first hand, behind the scenes of “Move magic”. In his spare time, Don likes to use his skills as an photographer and enjoys working behind the scenes on professional film and television projects. His real passion will always be in front of the camera, as a professional actor.
